I live in beautiful New Zealand, where we are fortunate to have a good Social Welfare system. Living on a benefit is not all the envious reckon: I'd much rather be living on my own investments.

Day 100

I have calculated that I am currently spending a total of $210 a week. Multiply by 13 and that is $2,730. So I already have 3 months of stringent living expenses in my EF. I want it up to $10,000 to cover any major house repair expenses or having to fly overseas to sick family members.
