Day 60

I wanted somethng dfferent from apples so bought 4 bananas for $1.36. I also bought some oats for $1.69 and peanut butter for $1.99.

I have received some free yarn. 4 balls of crochet cotton and 12 balls of fun fur. Not the sort of yarn I usually knit with, but at least it's vegan.

    If you have no plan for crochet balls, I notice how popular crocheted washable Swiffer covers have become. Just offer for sale word of mouth or on FB sell page

    I make those Swiffer covers. I actually just crochet one long piece because depending on the yarn, after you wash them, some of them stretch out. I just figured out how to use a knitting loom (an oblong one) to make a Swiffer duster and I crochet a piece to make for the slot for the handle. I gave them to a friend to try and she was delighted.

    Also, lots of my friends love crocheted dish cloths. Maybe as gifts if you don't want to sell them?

    It's quite fine cotton. I plan to multistrand it for dishcloths.
