Thanks to walking my legs are in fairly good shape, but the upper half is very weak. I am determined to change that, so I have paid nz$16 for a pair of 2kg dumbells and am working out to a beginners routine with Bob Harper on You Tube. What? me pay for a gym? Well, maybe I will eventually - we shall see how I stick to it.

    I love walking, more so than the gym. I actually purchased a Fitbit, that has motivated me to walk more. Funny thing is, I haven't met my goal today for the first time in months and I'm considering going out for a night time stroll
