Prepaid

Raining today so I caught the bus. Does it count as spending if you use a prepaid card? Apart from that I didn't spend anything.

    No spend as you paid for it already.

    In my budgeting I only count things when I buy them.

    Same when I buy something with my credit cards as I always pay monthly I only count when I buy some thing not when I pay the card off.

    If only count when you use it, you can mess it some how!
