Here is a breakfast that requires no cooking

One cup rolled oats
handful raisins
tablespoonful sunflower seeds

mix together, pour milk over and leave to soak overnight. In the morning add sliced banana and apple. Guaranteed to keep you regular.

    LOL - i originally thought the name referred to granola you could eat on the run, but now i get it! adding flax seeds would increase the regularity guarantee.
