I live in beautiful New Zealand, where we are fortunate to have a good Social Welfare system. Living on a benefit is not all the envious reckon: I'd much rather be living on my own investments.
Very glad you are back, I am sorry you have been under the weather again. I too have been off a lot of the time lately. I am working on lots of little things, housewarming gifts for the Mother in Law and other things. We are waiting for our Rebate here in the states too-not that we will enjoy it-it will go for neccesities like propane for heat and two cell phones-if we buy the cellphones and pay cash-we get free cell service, We usually get three years or more out of a cell phone if we take care of it. Even averaging out the cost of the phone it is less than we pay now for regular service, so too good to pass up.I guess we enjoy it at that, no bill to pay the money can be used for other things. We don't have any credit cards and we'll never get them again if we can avoid it. They cost too much, I'd rather pay cash or do without things. Again, very glad you are back, must get off now-Thunderstorm on it's way again.
