I looked at my watch this morning and thought it said 8.45. I hurriedly caught the bus, looked at my watch again, and found I was in town an hour early. I couldn't think of anything better to do than have a coffee in a breakfast cafe. Not only did it cost $3.50, because I haven't drank coffee in ages, it tasted disgusting.
